Grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands surrounding Aricha village in Ethiopia's renowned Yirgacheffe region, this washed Grade 2 coffee comes from some of the country's highest coffee-growing terrain. The combination of cool temperatures, high elevation, fertile soils, and careful washed processing produces a remarkably clean and aromatic cup with the delicate floral character Yirgacheffe is known for.

Bright and tea-like, with notes of jasmine, citrus, stone fruit, and honey. The acidity is lively but refined, while a soft sweetness and clean finish keep the cup beautifully balanced.
